TAGGER r2 usually covers a region with fewer SNPs than the Haploview blocks method. Choose which method you prefer. You will receive the results by email. TAG SNPs (we use Hapmap genotypes and TAGGER r2 pairwise to find TAG snps) BLOCK SNPs (uses Hapmap genotypes with Haploview GABRIEL method to find SNPs defining all haplotypes in each block. The result includes all inter-block SNPs.
